IN THE POCESS OF THAT CONVERSATION, I WAS TOLD THAT THE PACKAGE WOULD BE MAILED OUT TO ME FOR A FEE OF 2.95 I THINK. I KNOW THAT THE FEE WAS LESS THAN 3.00. I WAS FINE WITH THAT BECAUSE I NEW THAT IT WOULD BE FOR A SHIPPING FEE. I WAS ALSO INFORMED THAT THERE WAS A SEVEN DAY ACCESS TO THE ONLINE SITE. SHE ALSO TOLD ME I HAD TO CALL TO CANCEL. I ALSO REMEMBER HER TELLING ME THERE WAS A PRICE FOR THAT. I TOLD HER NO IM NOT INTERESTED IN THAT. TO MAKE A LONG STORY SHORT. A 49.50 FEE HAS BEEN POSTED TO MY ACCOUNT THAT CAUSED MY ACCOUNT TO BE OVER DRAWN. NOW I HAVE THAT FEE PLUS AN OVERDRAFT FEE TO PAY. I HAD A BALANCE OF 5.00 IN THAT ACCOUNT. NOW THAT ITS BEEN OVERDRAWN WHEN I GET THE ONLY FUNS I HAD COMING TO ME TO SUPPORT MY FIVE CHILDREN FOR THE REST OF THIS MONTH, WHICH WILL ONLY BE 150.00 WILL BE LESS BECAUSE OF THAT ERROR THAT WAS MAD. I SPOKE TO AN AGENT THERE THAT GAVE INFO HOW TO REACH YOU. HE ASKED WAS I GIVEN A NUMBER TO CALL TO CANCEL I SAID NO BECAUSE I DENIED THAT OFFER THAT REQUIRED ANOTHER FEE. I JUST WANTED THE INFO THAT WAS BEING SENT TO ME NOTHING MORE, NOT EVEN THE ONLINE ACCESS. PLEASE CANCEL THE WHOLE INTIRE PROCESS. I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK AND MY ACCOUNT BACK TO NORMAL.
