I am so sorry to hear about how the scam artists at supportkids.com have gotten over on so many ncp's. My situation is bittersweet. I had thought about filing with them for years but after reading how they would keep so much initially and then 35% thereafter had turned me off. Now after about three years I thought about it again after an advertisement so I started thinking that some support is better than none, so I went online and completed all of the requested information. I received a follow up email and telephone calls prompting me to sign the forms and to fax my ID and the court order. My initial email said that I would automatically be mailed the forms and had received them in email. My printer isn't working so I had been waiting to receive the paperwork in the mail. I called yesterday to inquire why I had not received the paperwork and my first clue was that the person named "Dottie" was rude, she said that no you have to call and request that we mail them. I told her that the email said that they would be sent by mail so I asked to speak to her supervisor and someone name "Joanne" playing to be a supervisor got on the phone and this woman was ruder than the first, so I tell her that it's hard to believe that you are a supervisor, based on her tone and lack of customer service skills. I asked to speak to her supervisor and she said that she was the only supervisor and that they were not going to accept my case. By this time I'm very upset. I'm thinking how is this agency not going to accept my case just because I complain and request a supervisor. I called at least 10 more time and kept getting this same woman, I even called and blocked my number, apparently blocks don't work with toll free numbers so she kept answering saying, "Ms. Black stop calling we are not taking your case. I was so mad I know I had steam coming out of my nose and ears. I went online and saw that my case was not accepted and was furious. I'm thinking like, oh yeah you're going to take my case so that is how I discovered this sight. I was looking to see how to contact a higher up becaiuse I wanted them to handle my case. Low and behold thank God my printer was broken because I would have signed and faxed everything back the next day and be stuck trying to figure out how to rescind the contract. They suck big time!
