I them recieved the product when it came in the mail it had a piece of paper in it that said something about an annual subscription.
I them called the company (whose phone number was not ANYWHERE on the papers that I recieved with the pruduct) I had to go on my bank statment and see the number.
I called cancelled and recieved a cancelation number... NOW DAYS LATER
I have a charge on my account of $149.95
I again called and was told the same as everyone else(you have to email for a refund) I did do that.


but I did something even more and this is where I hope that I can HELP YOU!!! CALL THE BANK YOU HAVE!!!

I CALLED BANK OF AMERICA WHERE I HAVE NOT PUT IN FOR A CLAIM TO BE STARTED!!!

THEY CREDITED MY ACCOUNT TEMPORARALLY THE $149.95 UNTIL THEY RESEARCH THIS.

I stated that I had all the emails and everything to prove this also the website that I am on right now to prove that it is a SCAM!!!

all I wanted was the free trial in which i was supposed to pay for the shipping fees. As it turned out, this company charged my credit card 149.95 without my permission. I've been trying since to get my money back but to no avail...sent several email to [email protected] but still no refund. I actually cancelled everything the very same day simply because I was being suspicious of the whole deal. I was a step too late for I had already entered my cradit card info.
I've cancelled my credit card as of today to prevent any further unauthorized charges.

I placed an order for the free trial on 1/20/2010. Cancelled same day. Got charged 149.95 on 1/29/2010. Someone has to be abale to stop these guys from continuing to do this and getting away with it.
SOMEONE OUT THERE with enough power to stop this, PLEASE HELP!!!

I see others have been hit with this. I just had this happen to me. Found a charge of $149.95 that I did not expect nor did I authorize. Has anyone had any success in getting a refund?
