incompetent

Claimed they could fix my computer problem. Spent more than 6 hrs on the phone and they could not fix it but refused to give a refund. Finally got a refund after about 2 months when my credit card company intervened. I should have investigated further before giving them my money. They are nice up until you ask for your money back for not doing what they claim to be able to do. Then you get the run around. If you are considering using this company, DON'T.

Credit refund refusal

Support trix refused to give me a refund on my credit card after trying for more than 2 hours to solve my PC Problem. They did not have the competency to solve my problem. They, however, in spite of my dissatisfaction refused to give me a refund. After 3 calls they still refused.

BE CAREFUL WITH THIS COMPANY. SUPPORTRIX IS NOT A CUSTOMER FRIENDLY COMPANY TO DO BUSINESS. They will let you hang on the line for hours just waiting for one to give up!!
