scam for 86.93

The Scam is order sample on line then agree to charge of free sample for shipping charges only. $ 2.95
Then as my bank explains by virtue of agreeing to these charges you agree to a contract for monthly supply of a brushpencil with their product that they then charge you 86.93 per month for. They change telephone numbers every 2 weeks and numbers are out of service or can only be accessed if you have a secret code.. my bank says they have been dealing with hundreds of these a day and can only help if you try to contact them. the only way to find their contact is thru your bank who should have the bank and the information that is scamming your credit card on behalf of the company apparently they are beyond FTC regulations and in another country collecting money and havea fullfillment house and telephone operators trained to do their nasty work.

when you get a cancellation number you have to advise your bank and only the shipment that is within 30 days of shipment can be returned. so basically all they have to do is is get 10, 000 Gullible clients and scam them for $100.00 each that's an easy one million dollars and just start multiflying these.. It's apparently legal and the banks happily comply after all they do the same with their interest and asstd. charges. all within the law . i just paid for one month lesson...
