Charging unauthorized charges to credit card for long distance services at a rate of $39.95 a month. They claim they solicited at the home telephone number and received authorization directly from myself. I am employed at Verizon and it never happened! Hoe are they getting the credit card information? There are a total of four months charges so far to date. $160.00 plus interest added to my card!
