I have read the newest posting of Surgeon Fakhr alkhairy and found nothing new in it. He has repeated his silly lies and stories as usual and avoided to discuss any specific allegation or charges against him. This is a clear way to escape from facing the responsibility and it establishes the allegations to be correct. By his deliberations he has tried to twist the facts, and keep the reader engaged in theories and other aspects of the cosmetic surgery rather than to explain his position regarding the allegations against his Botched surgery.

The problem with this Surgeon is that he is an extreme EGOIST in his nature owing to his child hood deprivations, so he thinks that what ever he thinks, does or talk is always correct, so he never allows any input from any one. He is unable to make any room for any suggestions from outside , any disagreement from any of his patients. He holds himself high up , accountable to non and unquestionable in his deeds and doings. He was in a habit of telling me the stories of misdoings and surgical blunders of other Surgeons all the time but never uttered about any mistake of his own. He thinks, he is the Mr. perfect who can never make any mistake. He lives with all the windows closed and never let the fresh air enter his mind. He is a complete judgmental type of person and apparently a patient of Superiority Complex.

He has spoken of a pre and post surgery video, which is no more than a bluff as I have already posted dozens of photos which are with date stamped and shows all the misery inflicted by the surgeon on my face. Funny thing is that lot of the Pics. are those which are snapped by the surgeon himself in his own clinic and are more than sufficient for sub version of his claims.

It can be rightfully assumed that he is not a full fledged cosmetic surgeon but in real may be he is trained in rhinoplasty and cleft surgery and without any proper training he has posed himself as a cosmetic surgeon and started taking the whole face surgeries , eyelid surgeries and other more sensitive procedures. So to keep himself in this field he uses ill methods and bluffs, misguides and even don’t hesitate to damage the faces of his clients and then start speaking lies. He is a clever and cunning person so he knows well that most of the ppl. coming for the cosmetic surgery are shy in disclosing it to the connected circle so if he does something wrong they wont be able to cry and will go away keeping it as a secret. But in my case he wrongly conceived that I too will re act in the same manner. Yes, I too, am very shy and was very much afraid of being exposed to my friends and family but I had the courage to break the barrier of my shyness and decided to expose him by using all the means within the boundaries of law of the land.

Apparently this Surgeon is mentally ill and needs a psychological treatment and counseling so that he may realize that he is not an authority not to be challenged, not a legend, not to be questioned but a human being, full of mistakes and errors. Every one needs correction at every stage. Man is meant to learn every second and every moment from his mistakes and no one has exception. One can not live with lies for whole of the life. Sooner or later he has to be exposed.

He has now once again showed his willingness to take me back but did not mention for what? If he has done nothing wrong what he is supposed to do by taking me back? Funny thing is the condition that If I abide with the rules of his clinic!!!!! Whenever I visited his clinic, found him sitting alone playing with his computer and very rarely if there were any patients there, I waited for my turn. This seems as a face saving tool which this surgeon wants to satisfy his ego with. If he want to close this controversy then he has to come with a clean hand. He cant hold both the melons in his one hand. I am not inclined to purposely degrade him or bring him a bad name though he has left no stone unturned to damage my face after grabbing handsome amounts, created patches of depressions, humps, and unevenness leaving not a single inch of smooth skin all over and yet was not ready to hear my cry. Now if he wants a settlement he can engage any of his fellow surgeon with a good reputation, integrity and respect, to sit between us and hear us both and find what is right and what is wrong and come with an amicable settlement. Besides he should take all the responsibility to get restored my face as it originally was and then deliver what he was assigned and paid for. In this way he can save his face and his Ego. Else still there is a long way to go and he had pulled me with his botched surgeries for 4 years and I am committed to drag him for 10 years for his misdeeds as no one is expected to compromise on his own face coz life is once.
