The product shipped quickly but arrived dented in places

Even though they are based out of SC, USA, Most of their inventory ships from China.

The product I purchased was missing components and their customer service couldn't even tell me what model the product I was looking at buying was.

The product shipped quickly but arrived dented in places.

Returning the product even with the missing components and defects was terrible as they charged me a 15% restocking fee.

Poor service

I purchased a MP3 Watch from Surprisinggift.com before Christmas 2006 for a New Years Eve gift. It was defective upon use. After I requested a replacement, I received a return Authorization from Surprisinggift.com along with a curt note that it must have been my fault for not plugging the USB port of the watch in correctly and not reading the instructions. The instruction, however, started on page two. I returned the watch at my expense to an address in Calf, which lists back as an Apartment.After numerous e-mails, I still do not have a replacement and the "company" will not return my e-mails, except for one automatic reply that said the the staff was on vacation. Any negative comments about Surprisinggift.com on Amazon is answered with some variation of " What is your problem?"
