When he mentioned I would also be receiving some "brochures", which really seemed to be what he fwas ocused on, I started asking questions. He became more and more agitated, rude, and tried to talk over me. Come to find out, what Mor Market Research are really doing is signing you up for programs (Health Assist and another called Powerhouse Savings) that will automatically deduct monthly fees from your checking account or (if you provide a credit card) make charges on your card. The "brochures" you receive will be paperwork (from IWS, Inc. in Dallas, TX) thanking you for your enrollement and contains non-working websites and a 888 number to customer service reps in Tampa, FL who will not tell you who they work for, have accents, and can also be very rude if you try and cancel.

So, you have Mor Market Research in Old Orchard Beach, Maine unethically signing people up for programs their going to be charged for monthly under the guise of participating in a survey. The fake looking brochures/paperwork come from IWS, Inc. in Dallas, TX with a P.O. Box address and cannot be found as existing anywhere. The Customer Service reps are located in Florida (I was told by one that she was in Tampa, FL) and will not tell you who they work for. They all seem to have Spanish accents also. And, you'll get the run around if you try and cancel the program you were tricked into signing up for. They will 1) lie and tell you you can not cancel, 2) become rude, 3) claim they cannot hear you or, 4) play dumb.
