There are serious issues with the Manager here by the name of Idolina. Her husband was put in jail for molesting her children. She had to attend parenting classes to get them back. There are many children here. We don't feel comfortable with her Managing here any longer.

She discriminates against people based on age and color. She looks to rent to Mexicans if she can and avoids blacks and seems like she charges whites more for rent. They are many kids here who bother people with their screaming.

The laundry room is so very dirty. The inside of the washers are black with filth. The dryer screens are black with filth all the time. She allows the Mexican people off the street to do their laundry in the afternoons when the owners are not around.

While the Managers husband is in jail, she is sleeping in the afternoons with the younger new maintenance manager in her apartment. Seems your always waking her up.

She would not rent to a referral friend I sent to her. He had excellent credit. She said he was too young. He's 27 with a job at a technical company and has a degree.

She rented the apartment to 4 Mexican people who the people down stairs stated are very noisy and yell all the time. In a one bedroom.

If you make a complaint, Idolina the Manager says the Owners will evict you. She said they don't like complainers.

Well, you would think they would not like child molesters either.

Idolina hides her children from people. We wonder what is going on in there with her new boyfriend maintenance person.

She seriously needs to leave. We really don't feel comfortable with her here. She discriminates and has a very shady past.

The Owners really need to replace her with a professional who abides by the laws.
