After victimizing her victims, realtor Susan Kline of ReMax of Valencia is now trying to steal the new home of the senior citizens she conspired to illegally evict in order to pay her falsified attorney fees. Once again, this "trusted" agent can be trusted to kick people when they're down in order to earn a buck. Susan Kline and her co-conspirators named above are true criminals.

Conspiracy, Defamation, Fraud
Starting in May 2009 through March 2010, Susan Kline of ReMax of Valencia (and formerly of Prudential California Realty), a real estate agent broker - property manager who provides services for mortgage foreclosers and illegal eviction experts IndyMac Mortgage Services, Inc. and Deutsche Bank National Trust Co., Ms. Kline actively concealed information from tenants who were on the verge of being illegally evicted from the house they were renting which had been foreclosed upon.
Deutsche and IndyMac hired trash out experts /REO specialists Field Asset Services, Inc. of Austin, TX and Monster Mowers of Lancaster, CA to break into a couple's home and "trash it" out. Susan Kline did nothing but hide all information about who the culprits were. She then bragged in emails about how loyal she had been to Indymac/Deutsche about not revealing any information which might have helped the couple negotiate a means to stay in the home in which they maintained a legal and paid up lease or who tried to break-in.
At the same time, Susan Kline engaged in DEFAMATION against the tenants by sending false information to Joan Mougel, the V.P. of Field Asset Services and IndyMac representatives and who knows how many others. She then allowed her attorneys to use the same defamatory information in court papers in order to prejudice the court against the tenant-victims who were eventually evicted because judges in California do not need to have indisputable evidence that a bank actually owns a property that they are foreclosing upon.
Field Asset Services was also sued by a couple in Michigan on the same breaking and entry charges as the California couple filed. Monster Mowers is owned by Matthew Jay Cohick. It was his trucks that trespassed, threatened the tenants and attempted to break into the home of the California couple. Cohick eventually had words with one of the tenant victims. His response after that was to harass them telephonically over a two day period.
Ms. Kline won in court on a technicality over the tenant-victims after they sued her and all the other culprits and now she is trying to steal the last funds that the unemployed couple have in order to recoup the fraudulent, trumped up attorney fees her attorneys provided to the court that the judge allowed after seeing not a stitch of evidence that Sue Kline paid them a single dime.
Susan Kline has been described by IndyMac as their TRUSTED REO specialist. She can be trusted to fully represent the interests of big banks operating illegally in the state of California at the expense of legally residing tenants and hiding information from victims suffering at the hands of the abusive mortgage foreclosers.
