I'm Julie Pearl Doloso from Philippine, I like to ask some question regarding my employer. I apply through a online job search at www.bestjobsalary.com and after one month on august 9, 2010 I receive a private text message from Mrs.Susan Roger she offering me a job as a private nanny for her kids in UK, of course I accepted it. Afterwards, she reply to my email and said the job description, asking a scan requirements like birth certificate, international passport and school certificates to the said email I comply it right away. On august 15, 2010 she send a nanny employment contact, after reading it I sign the contract and send it right away.the last condition stated that the visa will cost 800pounds and the employer will shoulder only 600pound and the remaining 200pounds will be shoulder by the employee. On august 17, 2010 I receive a SMS message from Home Office that saying my visa application ref.no. ABAC/070910/142621/1 has been dispatched to the british home office. She email me and said the 200 pounds will be for the Visa processing fee should be sent via Western Union Money Transfer. she stated the details that the money will be sent to her name Susan Roger, address: 739 Great West Road Isleworth Middlesex, London, United Kingdom. After 3 days, automatic I send the send money thru Western Union Money Transfer. After almost 3-4days she reply to my email and said she had receive the sent for the Visa Processing fee. As soon as the application is ready from the British home office i will email you again. On september 6, 2010 she emailed me and said the visa will be next week as she check on it. Around September 15, 2010 a SMS message from the home office that the visa has been collected same application reference number. I email her to tell that I have receive the SMS message from home office. She email me to tell that they have collected the package already along with the VISA APPROVAL LETTER now she wants me to sent money 100pounds for the courier fee to be able the said package will be sent on no time. I ask her if she could shoulder it first as soon I receive the VISA APPROVAL LETTER, I will pay it right away due to some unexpected emergency. On October 1, 2010 Mrs. Roger try to ask the courier company sending the parcel and you paying them at delivery but they disagree with me. I want you to sent that money so you could receive it on time so you could start processing the visa in the philippine. She also said about your work commence will start on Nov. 1, 2010. letter of appointment has been sealed along with home office approval sealed documents. And in 3 days time the documents will be receive to my home address and she will sent a tracking shipment airway bill number to know my delivery.


Now, I would like to ask if my employer Mrs.Susan Roger, who live in 739 Great west Road isleworth middlesex, london, united kingdom. Her email address is [email protected]. Is really finding a private nanny or in orther words I would like to ask her if this whole thing is legal? I already when to the embassy and they told me that im just been scam.
