This bank has customer service issues. It does nothing to find a sound solution to help resolve an on going problem they have with overdraft and ach debits. Instead of offering a benifical consumer and community understanding during these hard economic times there greed and cold NO to any compromise tells me just how far they will go to steal from the less for there bottom line gain. This is the second time this year they have caught me with the coordination of my College tuition electronic ACH transfers and my paycheck transfer to my checking account. I am living like all of us middle class if you can call it that week to week. The bank set up this account with seperate transactions for each grandchild I have 4 accounts $20, $20, $25, $25 once a month but is not consistant with what day it will be transferred. I raise 2 grandchildren and I could not be busier driving the oldest to night school 4 x's a week, football work full time and do not have the luxury of keeping a perfect check book.. I was charged $40 dollars for each transfer, plus $40 for spending $10 for a tire repair... now this was Thursday and Friday my pay would of covered all the cost, instead I was charged $200 in overdraft fees plus the cost of the transfers.. I am now left with $50 dollars in my account for two weeks because my work just started a bi weekly switch this month. I buy the food for our family so... that means we don't eat and do you think this bank would be understanding no they were ruthless and I cannot believe we have a professional business in this town that uses tactics like this in our community. I went up the ladder to higher managers to plead some mercy but was told coldly they help out once this year and there solution I could open a saving or get a loan if I was approved I asked Mr banker what kind of a solution is that? I had a savings account and the same thing happened. I wanted to hear a real solution like we are lowering overdraft fees because of the economy or lets put the accounts into one transaction. I could not believe what I was being told, I guess this all a big INC can come up with? As a consumer oriented business shame on all of you greed mongers is this the reputation you really want to portray to hard working people. If this has happened to me.. I am sure there are many others that have been treated in this manner how many seniors have you stole from? I ask you.. is this how you are going to show your profits for the year. We bailed you out but you can't return the courtesy. I guess we now have to pay you back for your TARP bill. Looks like some house cleaning applies to some of your staff unless this is Susquanna's policy when it comes down to your bottom line. Now that I see the real you I will take my business elsewhere.
