My name is Johnny Huntley and I have a account with HSBC (Suzuki Finance). I recently had a problem with a payment that I sent in. I sent the payment in threw Wal-Mart and found out later that you didn't receive the payment. I then got with Wal- Mart and found the problem. At that time I notfied you of the payment being sent to the wrong place and faxed all the proof to you per your request. Simple mistake! Well after that I sent a payment of $130 to you in June, another $130 about 3 or 4 days later and then another $250 all in a 3 week span. I did this so there would'nt be any problems. While trying to do the wright thing all I got was a threating phone call and a threating letter in the mail. I am very upset with the way your company handles matters of this nature. Not only did I notify you of the problem but I provided you with all the information including faxing it to you as you requested. I have been a loyal customer and have never had issues in the past and I am very dissappointed that you have treated me in this manner. I will make sure to get you paid off and I will think twice before I do business with you guys again! Not to mention the 35 dollar late fee you charged me, I guest notifing you was a waste of time.
