non delivery of advertized product
Swagvault has not delivered on an order placed 8 days ago. their website says 10 minute delivery time . DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPAN. THEY ARE A COMPLETE RIPOFF

Scam and cheating!
I purchased it 6 days ago and everyday that went by, they did nothing to level my character. I would then use their livechat at least 2 times a day and ask what the problem was. My Paypal payment was confirmed and everything. After waiting like 20 minutes for a response every time, they would tell me that they would begin in xx amount of time. The times they told me they would start ranged from 8 hours, 30 minutes, 5 minutes, etc. (I even saved my last live chat transcript which is quite interesting)
After the second day, I was a little worried that I had most likely been scammed, but I decided to give it a few more days because they might have been busy or dealing with technical issues.
I was pretty much fed up on the 6th day and asked for a refund in the livechat. LoL, the funny part is that everything was going well in this chat and my previous chats, except when I asked for a refund on this one. The second I asked for a refund, the livechat screen locked up (Concidence?) and I had to relog back into it and wait for another 20 minutes for their slow and horrible service.

I am 10000000% positive that I gave them the right password and my friend even watched me type it in when purchasing their powerleveling service. Also, they NEVER sent me one damn email or even responded to the numerous emails I sent them. I checked the junk folder and everything else and absolutely NOTHING!!! Azora was the slowest person to respond to all my questions at the beginning. LOL, however, she seriously type her last 5 responses in like under 20 seconds and ended it immediately before i could even respond.
Also, dont you think that they would have told me in our previous 500 chat sessions that I had given them the wrong information?
The moral of this whole story is... If you are going to purchase anything off the internet, do NOT PURCHASE FROM SWAGVAULT!! because I am still curious to whether I get my refund or not :(

Demanding a picture of my CC or DL!!!
I made a secure purchase with SwagVault yesterday via PayPal. I checked in today since I had not received the product ordered.
The online support team told me that to complete my transaction I would need to scan an image of my Credit Card or my Drivers License and email it to them. This is such a scam!! I've been shopping online for years, I've literally made thousands of ebay purchases, I run my own little eCommerce shop. PayPal and eBay do MILLIONS of online purchases and NO ONE needs a scanned picture of your Credit Card or Drivers License sent to them!!!
When I told them I was going to tell everyone I knew and dispute it with PayPal if they did not refund me, the live support response was this:
"Anna: sorry sir in this case we will not refund u until u remove the dispute"
What a bunch of scamming thieves. I suspect they want that info to run the card or use the DL to make online purchases in my name elsewhere and they'll have enough info to verify account changes, purchases, etc.
RUN, do not walk, away from this group. HORRIBLE practices and a terrible scam!!

Swagvault got me banned!
Ive been using swagvault for last 2 months on and of for powerleveling services. 1 month ago i got temp ban from Blizzard n swag vault said they had nothing to do with it, i am a clean player n don't cause any trouble except for using swagvault. Recently i had them power level me a few more levels. They got my account PERMANENTLY banned. i invested over 250$ into this account. They Customer support BLOWS. The phone number doesn't work i even call repeatedly, they would pick up phone n hang up on me. Theyre online support is always off line. Luckily i paid through paypal n currently in dispute on all my orders because they said they have safe service...
They are scammers!

Harassing calls!
Swagvault called me, trying to sell World of Warcraft gold, at 11:00 pm on a Thursday evening. They woke me up out of a sound sleep to solicit sales. The call was completely unwarranted, and I am upset with them. I used their service almost a year ago, and they took a week to deliver the gold. Their website stated, back then, that they delivered within 24 hours. So, not only do they lie, but they also wake you up in the middle of the night when they're desperate for sales.

Blizzard BANS accounts using "BOTS". A "BOT" is easily detected by Blizzard programs.
((SwagVault also advertises (your toon) never offends anyone in the game. THIS IS TRUE. How can a "BOT" offend anyone? It is nothing more than programed "mechanical" moves.

Non-delivery of products
I ordered wow gold from Swagvault on Monday July 23rd 2007. I paid using paypal. Paypal sent me a confirmation that the payment was received by Swagvault that very day. Sawgvault's website said they guaranteed delivery within 24 hours unless they were restocking on the server then it could take up to 48 hours. Tuesday rolls around nothing. Okay maybe they're restocking. On Wednesday July 25 Swagvaults website said they had made a partial delivery. But I had received nothing. On thursday they sent some lame excuse email saying:
From their email
"Sorry for the delay, due to that we haven't received your Cash On Delivery Request and awaiting for your reply for a long time, ready for delivery. We have just sent 500G to your in-game mailbox 'cause we don't want to delay your order. Plz check it and take it out of your mailbox in time. And plz reply back to confirm that you've got that gold. "
Excuse me! They received their money the very day I ordered from them. I have proof they got their money. This email in my opinion was a lame attempt at making an excuse. They say they sent 500G but I received nothing. So they lied.
On Friday July 27 2007 their website said my order had been canceled. Hmm. I have since filled a complaint against them with paypal. They are lies and crooks.
DO NOT DEAL WITH SWAGVAULT!

SwagVault are just thieves
I've tried to buy some power levels from swagvault for me and my friends. I bought four power levels from 1-60 on crushridge horde... But all of these accounts got banned when they arrived at lvl 50, and also swagvault ran away... They don't even want to talk with me.... I've also bought another power lvl for me... but they lied to me telling that something got wrong with the transfer of money and so they can't start my order.... I've checked it and it was alright, all the data matched with what they gave me...
I'm very angry for this... I think I'm going to query them, but I think It will be difficult... I hope you friend more fortune...
