Sending incorrect/fictitious job descriptions. For eg. the job description for a Project Manager for a firm in NJ (does not say where in NJ) was sent stating that

...The Business group, not the most important aspect of the position, is the
Clinical business folks (i.e. Doctors and clinicians). Ideally one would have this type of business
experience, but not a must have.

When I applied within the hour, I received a response from the recruiter that

"I have to tell you that you truly make a nice presentation. Unfortunately, my partner is narrowing in on folks that have spent most of their career at pharma companies."

Then she goes on to say "He is seeing folks with 100% of their career in pharma"

Simple waste of time.
