On 24 May 2011, around 9.15am, I bought chocolate milk tea from the Sweetie's stall in Jurong Interchange. When I approached the staff who is a chinese lady, she did not even look up at me to ask my order. So I simply stated the drink that I want. She did not confirm the drink order with me but just proceeded to make the beverage. Just as she was doing this, a man came up with an empty cup in a plastic bag and told her to throw it away for him. The Chinese lady simply nodded and put the item on the counter. After my drink was done, she took the man's empty cup out of his plastic bag and used the same plastic bag to contain my drink. I wonder if a new plastic bag is expensive. Nevertheless, I paid for the drink. Then I realised the plastic lid on the cup wasn't placed properly, causing spillage all over my shirt and hands. I was on my way to school. I couldn't possibly go back home and change into another outfit. This incident made me really mad.
