Hi..! We have recently bought a 7 kgs washing machine from one of dealer / retail seller (M/s Shree Ram - 9359428993) in Agra. At the time of selling, the dealer assured to send the engineer for commissioning / installation and demo purpose the very next day of the sale made. It has been more than a week that we have been regularly following it up with the dealer but all in vain as he raising off his hands in air after giving the customer care contact number of Whirlpool. Dealer has made business and now not even bothered to attend our call. Moreover, with an idea of getting our problem solved, we registered our complaint with customer care centre (complaint number 0710009399). You won't belive that even after 72 hours of lodging the complaint, we are still getting the same response " Sir..engineer nikal chuka hai..bas aaj zaroor pahunch jaayega.." This same response got reiterated every time we called the customer care, but through different persons. I feel, that whirlpool is spending too much on advt. and paying off heftly / exorbitantly to cine stars like Kajol and Ajay Devgan rather if they can put even half of this in improving their sales, after sales & services strategies, I am sure they will surely able to capture a good market share. No wonder, if the trend continues, over a period of time, the survival for them, in Indian market will be under question mark. I am myself, an employee in Panasonic, therefore I am abreast with the Indian market trend. Customer is the king no doubts, if he will remain happy, your business is certain to grow and if he is not, business will depreciate. I think the big bosses, should take these small feedbacks very seriously because this is the juncture where things, mentality, policies, outlook of a company gets percolated down the line.
