I attended the Driving academy July, 2006 have been driving over the road for 3 Years an on May 15, 2009 my license was suspended an had to turn in my CDL, i was not even working for Swift just went to the school found out when i am was on my home time that Swift did not administer the driving test correctly, now i am Unemployed, was told that i Now have to do every thing back over an pay out of pocket, how can this unemployed have to start all over again. what can be done about this.

now severely depressed trying to figure out i had a job an my career was just taken from me, at no fault of my own.
