Durty replacement car
Subject : Complaint
Dear Sir / Madam
My car met with an accident on 18th June 2011, I have given my car to the Maruti showroom same day. today they have given me the replacement car because it will take one month to fix up my car e.g Zen Estilo, which is in so bad shape and really dirty. There is no music system in the car.
Kindly look into the matter as I can not drive such dirty car one month.

My experience ith an owner operator from SWIFT was and continues to be a nightmare Miguel Estrada contacting me to come drive for him promised a route from CA to FL (lie) ended up going to MI then to TN where he proceded to leave me for 5 day no communication only text he would no answer his phone told me to find my way home abandoned me in TN know the man or so called man refuses to pay me for my services this man? should not be allowed to own a truck

AC complaint
Sir,
I am Muthu Kumar. I bought a maruthi swift car in the year 2005 and now the odometer clock registers only 22010 KM.The registartion number of my vehicle is Kl-01-AJ-7477. Now a tik-tak sound is heard from the AC.When it was shown to the Indus authorised Maruthi service it was duly informed that the sound is due to complaint of the compressor.Earlier this product was supplied was by Delphi. Now this product has been discontinued and a new supplier namely Santon is used intead of Delphi.This itself shows that the earlier product was not worth enough and similar complaints compelled the company to shift to Santon.This being a manufacturing defect and i being the consumer is at peril.Therefore my complaint may be lienently viewed and a effecacious remedy by way of providing the compressor of Santon at the cost of Maruthi Suzuki is to be provided to me, in the interest of justice.

its about the way they treat me
ever since i started working with swift it has been the worst experience of my life. the people who have gone through the same thing please give me your opinion they were first gonna give me a 5000 miles per week for team. they promised me and my co-driver all those miles with good payment but only received barely amount to pay my insurance and lease of my truck and i tried it for 3 months sufferering with this bad D.M. he didnt want us to complain or to tell him anything until the end that we got fed up and frustrated the D.M. and flip manager and terminated us. now they have us in collection and we are not able to find a job because the termination. i dont know what to do if anyone has gone through the same thing please contact me by my e-mail i need help on any suggestions i would like for people to know that its a very hard situation to get out of and if i would of known that that company treats their employees like this i would have never applied for this company. i would wait 3 days for a 600 miles for team and i would take 20-25 hours on waiting time and they never pay me the attention time. until this day i have no job because they dont want to release my information because its their policy so if anyone knows anything please help me if you know of anything of this case. The main thing that was wrong of them was that i asked for loads and they didnt want me to ask for loads and i would have no money because i wouldnt get paid and the one time i did make good money they ended up telling me that i exceeded my miles and they took my money back so that day i did not make any money now i know that they dont care about their employers.
