Swimming pools fence damaged and parts missing. I called when the parts where damaged and I was told to fill out a form and then they would send me a new fence and they would pick up the damaged one. that was the first of four phones. three of the phone calls where the same as the first. the fourth phone call was more involved I was told by the first girl I spoke to that she was sorry She didnt get back to me but she would get right on it tomorrow then another girl came on and told me she spoke to me yesterday and she emailed me today. So I said i checked my mail i didnt see anything from swimming pools etc was it from somewhere else yes and what did it say in the subject She told me my order # so I looked I said did you write RA in the subject yes maybe i was told the email instructe4d me that now after a week that they needed pictures. At this point i wanted a manager she informed me that a manager wasnt going to speak to me she was handling it. I again asked for the manager I informed her i was going to call the better business bureau. Then she hung up on me. I called back and asked for a manager and she told me to stop harrassing her and hung up. Not only is the products damaged but their customer service also needs some help. I am now awaiting a phone call tomorrow from them after i finally spoke to someone else who claims to be a manager. Avoid this company at all costs.
