We signed a contract on a pool with these people in May '09. We put a deposit of $5000.00 on a $20, 000.00 pool at that time. Our Financing was approved the first week of June and delivery date per our contract says approximately June 8, 2009. Well its July 7th and we still don't have a pool. They are blaming the finance company and the finance company is blaming everyone else. They will not return our deposit and don't return our calls until 2 or 3 days later...They keep saying financing IS the problem but OUR CREDIT RATING is 810 on all three credit reports...I THINK ITS BOGUS My next stop will be an attorney...PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!
