On 9/22/10 I unknowingly signed up for membership at $159. I immediately (within minutes while the charge was still 'pending' on my banks statement) contacted them and they directed me to a refund form. I completed it, following the instructions to a tee. After the 2-week period I called them and was told I qualified for a refund. I waited 2 weeks, still nothing. I had to use livechat which they never told me was the next step. Costumer Service confirmed I would receive refund and said it could take 5-10 days. Today, 11/16/10, - 3 weeks later, I contact echat again and now I'm told the company is 'winding down' and unable to refund any monies. I am just ready to scream! The echat person kept telling me to call my bank that I was on the 'chargeback list'. So I'm calling my bank but too soon to tell where this will all lead. If you are considering them, DON'T, beware.
