On 8/30/10, I put my credit card number in, thinking it would be used for purchases on the on-line bidding site. Minutes after doing so, I see a $159 charge on my account. I called within 10 minutes and demanded a refund. The rep told me to send in a refund form, which I did three weeks ago. I have heard nothing yet and certainly have not seen a credit of $159 to my account. I will turn info into fraud department.
