Month to date I've not recieved a refund from this company: initially I was told that I would recieve a refund within 5-7 days. I called the day they ripped me off: September 21st. I mailed the refund form the same day with a confirmation delivery slip: Swipeacution recieved it September 24th. I called 10 business days later and the site showed that now it's 28 days from the time they recieve the refund form, you will get a refund. Also it showed some items on the refund form different than the one I sent. i also recieved an email from jennifer head of customer service, who in writing said...(see email below) today is 10 business days and though she says some are taking longer than 10 in her email: it's been 33 days since they've recieve the refund form and 24 businsess days since they've recieve it...there appears to be many complaints resolved on BBB site, the rating is a C, but I've yet to see where anyone recieved a refund, HAVE YOU??

I have gone ahead and cancelled (#79924) as well as refunded your account $159, please keep in mind this may take 5-10 business days for the bank to clear the funds on your end. It has been brought to our attention that refunds through this merchant are sometimes taking longer than the 10 days, this is the transaction #32816304 of the refund. I do not know if your bank will be able to track it right away or if it takes some time. Once you have received the refund please send me a confirmation email.
