Don't be fooled by the good deals
I LOVED swirl.com when I was first introduced. But then again, who is not exited by getting a good deal on fashion?!
After ordering a few things from Swirl I found my self returning items that were not a good fit.
Swirl only gives store credit, which I in the beginning thought was ok. But now, after waiting on getting a refund for an order I placed in early August, yes AUGUST!! I am no longer excited about the store credit. I have supplied Swirl with information about the order, I have a signed proof from UPS, I have several emails from reps and supervisors, but still no refund (or store credit I should say) I am not the one to write reviews, but this is really pissing me off!
I even called the supervisor who responded to me last, but have not yet gotten a return call from them... it's been almost a week.
It's a shame. But foremost, they should be ashamed for treating customers the way they do. Stop the xo BS and get your acts together, seriously.

After buying something I now regret ever joining
I found this site from Daily Candy a site I liked and subscribed to when they started this I thought it looked great, I'm a big fan of gilt and the others like it. But after buying something I now regret ever joining. The dress fit was completely small not like their true to size statement. They don't do exchanges for other sizes and they don't do refunds. Ughh! Their designers started out strong then, by the time I got my store credit (a while later) fizzled. It's not like the other sample sale sites that have a steady line of good merch. Also their sales after doing some research, were not as good as they advertised! They can say "regular price" all they want but if no one sells it for that it's not real! I noticed this and they were very rude about it when I complained. Having this credit I have yet to use is a nightmare I just want my money back so I can never buy anything here again.
