This hotel billed my credit card for 3 nights instead of two. I have emailed them and faxed them on several occasions and received no response at all. I have also emailed the Malaysian Hotels Association and the Malaysian Consumers Association and received no reply from either of them.
This is a matter of Malaysian Ringgit 170 (about US$60) so I'm not going to go bankrupt over it, but I do object strongly to being ignored over a legitimate issue.
