I purchased a SMW Swiss Military Watch Black Diver SNIPER, with black PVD for 450.00 US on June 5 2010. When I received it the illumination didn’t work. I send it back in two days and ask my money back. They received it according Canada post tracking number on June 25 2010 at 6.34 pm. I have not got money back yet. The only answer I got through the e-mail is “hi, let us check for you” or “hi, we have sent for processing”. I really need some help here. On the website there is no phone number I can call.
