faulty mechanism
I paid $595 for a Rolex Daytona SS replica. From the minute I received the watch about 5 weeks ago, I placed it on my wrist it has not worked properly. It stops every half hour, makes strange noises and is not worth the money. This company has not returned many emais I have sent nor have they returned my many phone calls. They quote as having 1 year warranty on every watch, but this is absolute rubbish as you cant get hold of them. Their website claims that their watches are AA grade with origional swiss movement. This is absolute rubbish.. .DO NOT FALL INTO THE TRAP!!! DO NOT BUY THESE WATCHES!! THEY LOOK GOOD BUT DONT WORK!!

Defective Product
BE WARNED:
Purchased a Rolex replica from Swiss Replica for a gift to myself on Christmas 2010. The watch bezel ring was loose and off center, date will not set and crystal magnifier over date is off set from date window. Very poor replica ! I have had over 15 phone call to vendor to releive the issue. Each contact they say they will either have someone call me back to resolve within 24 to 48 hours. This has never happened. Upon my last call, the kind lady said "shipping dept." would be contact me to arrange the return for exchange of the product, all was documented and would be taken care of. I DID NOT HEAR FOR THEM AGAIN! I called them back again to voice my frustration and if someone was going to call. To my supprise, or expected supprise, they have no record of the contacts or any exchange that has been authorized. THE BOTTOM LINE! STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE. THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT EXCEPT ANSWERING THE PHONE WITH THE MOST POPULAR RESPONSE..." WE WILL CALL BACK IN 24 TO 48 HOURS TO RESOLVE. According to the girl on the call center phone, they are located in Canada. if you wish to call them with your own issue the number is 905.593.1452.

Slow shipment
I ordered a watch and received it in a perfect condition, the website where i order it from was swissreplicastore.com. The websites offer payment through credit cards, western union. They have a 24/7 email, chat and phone support. All inquiries through email will be answered within 24 hours. They even have a 1 year warranty. They do send email confirmations to me, regarding my order. They also do send the tracking number. Problem with the company is slow shipment. I will definitely recommend this to all of my friends.

Non Working Watch
Like many others, I was sent a non working Rolex Submariner. by them The company does not have a phone number and ceased to respond to my emails like with all the others.
So my suggestion is this:
I will unite all complainers under a torq lawsuit and hire a law firm to take this fraudulent company before a claim court.

Stole my watch
I bought two watches from the Swiss Replica Store. One had a bad crown. When I returned it they stopped corresponding with me. They asked me to return it and assured me they would repair it and return it or give me a full refund. Now they won't even acknowledge my emails or even correspond at all. They just stole my watch and are ignoring me. The owe me $135.00. Crooked Chinese Bandits. Don't do any business with them. Their watches are crap anyway. I learned the hard way. You don't have to be defrauded like I was.

Defective Product
Purchased 2 watches. 1 yellow Gold Tone and 1 white Gold
tone. The white tone did not work on arrival. I E-Mailed and asked for instructions to return for repair or replacement. I called the call center and was told she would E-Mail. Have sent over 2 E-Mail and called on several occasions and to this date all I have is a defective watch that I paid $295.00 for. I should have know when it arrived from China that all I would have was problems.

Dreadful quality watch, warranty worthless
1 week after receiving a Rolex Oyster Day Date watch from the SwissReplica store I tried to adjust the day and date. The whole crown and shaft came out of the watch which renders it useless.
I contacted the company who initially offered a replacement, but as I did not want to have the same problem again, I selected more expensive option and offered to pay difference.
I have not heard another word fromthe company despite sending numerous e-mails.
It is now 2 months later and I sit with brand new useless watch.
Pleased be warned, this company supplies very poor qulaity and does not honour the 12 months warranty specified.

No delivery
I have ordered a set of cufflinks in the beginning of March and the parcel hasn't arrived yet. They don't answer my e-mails. I guess this was fraud.

They kept my watch and stole my money
These cooked Chinese bandits encouraged me to return my defective watch that they sent. They will not respond. They kept the money and the watch. I am out $114.50 plus the shipping. They sound very helpful in the emails you send but once they have yoru stuff or your money you can't get them to reply. My advice: DON'T DO BUSINES WITH THESE CROOKS. YOU WILL BE SORRY. THEIR STUFF IS JUNK ANYWAY. NOT EVEN A GOOD KNOCK OFF. ONE BAND WAS BAD AND THE STEM ON ONE OF THE WATCHES WOULD NOT SCREW DOWN. RETURNED AT THEIR REQUEST AND THEY WILL NOT EVEN RESPOND TO ANYTHING NOW.
