First off let me say I don't typically go in for these types of things, but I thought I'd get one of those trial offers for the Acai Berry supplements. I went to a site offering this in conjunction with a Colon Cleanse. However, when all was said and done what I wound up ordering appears to be the Colon Cleanse and this Liposom instead. First, I did not order anything from this site, second, the terms and conditions that go along with this Liposom say nothing about a charge of $149.95 and yet the very day after (6/22/10) they charged me the shipping charge of $1.97 (which I knew about) I was charged $149.95 (6/23/10). I was supposed to have 14 days to consider this prior to having any further charges to my card. And even if there were further charges they should only have been $79.95. But that did not happen.

Now I'm in the process of trying to get this money back. I've already returned this product entirely unopened as it was not what I ordered nor was it what I wanted. It was not disclosed to me about this additional $149.95 charge and now I can't even get a hold of them to get the money back as I can't track down a real phone number for them. This company is committing mail fraud. As this is against the law I'm going to be reporting them to the US Postal Service. We'll see how long they last after that.
