Swisshourz.com are Crooks
I ordered a watch from Swisshourz.com around 2 1/2 months ago. When i placed my order woman named Lisa called me back. I ordered a Rolex GMT Master ll Oyster Perpetual Date Just model number RX025s for $459. I paid with my mastercard.
When i received my watch after two weeks the watch was not what i ordered. So i emailed Swisshourz.com back. They apologized and said they would send out the right watch overnight on them. Now almost 2 1/2 months later still no watch. I have tried to email Swisshourz.com back several times. And i get no response.
Swisshourz.com has no intentions of sending the watch or giving my money back. How can they be aloud to take my money and other people's i am sure and still be in business.Sooner or later they will be shut down.

Swisshourz.com the biggest scam artist out there.
I ordered a Breitling 1884 Hercules Series, Black Face, White Dial with Solid Stainless Steel Bracelet model number BR024S for $529. I ordered this watch from Swisshourz.com.
My problem is i wanted to cancel my order because i did not have enough money in my account to pay for the watch. So i emailed Swisshourz.com back. I told them my problem and they said Swisshourz.com will not with draw or cancel any orders. It is not their policy.
When i asked to speak with a boss. They did not answer me back. I got the piece of junk watch. And my visa statement also and Swisshourz.com over charged my account. The watch does not work. They need to be shutdown.

I ordered a Rolex Oyster Perpetual Air King, Pink Face with White Hour Markers model number RX102S for $499 from Swisshourz.com about four months ago. I paid almost $499 for a watch that they swore would not damage in water. I had did my dishes and forgot my watch was on my wrist. I only had the watch on about a minute. When i realized i had it on i took it off. It would not work anymore.
I got a hold of Swisshourz.com and they said they would send another watch out to me. Now three months have past. And still Swisshourz.com has not sent me my replacement watch. And i do not think they have any intentions of doing so.
Swisshourz.com are one of the biggest scam artists out there. They will mess with the wrong person one of these days. And I bet it will be a cop. Watch out for this company they will take your money and give you nothing in return.

How could a company like Swisshourz.com still be in business? I ordered a watch that turned out to be a piece of crap. I ordered a watch that i paid $529 for. They do not offer refunds or exchanges. They do not even have a phone number on there website. Swisshourz.com have the rudest employees working for them.
My watches was suppose to have scratch resistant sapphire glass. When i received my watch there was a scratch from one side of the glass to the other. I could not set the watch to the proper time or date. I emailed Swisshourz.com several times. I still have no answer from them. They should be shut down.
How can Swisshourz.com still be aloud to take peoples money. I will keep bothering them until i get my money back. Beware of this website or they will take your money and give you a watch worth about $15.

I ordered a Omega Seamaster Chronometer, Blue Face with Solid Stainless Steel bracelet model number OM011S for $499 from Swisshourz.com.
When i asked Swisshourz.com for overnight shipping via email. They reply " We do no do overnight shipping or C.O.D's." So I used my mastercard to order the watch. When I received my credit card statement i notice Swisshourz.com charged my card three times. Also after wearing my watch for almost a month the stainless steel on the band had rubbed off.
I have sent Swisshourz.com several emails. That is still unanswered. All I want is my money back all of it. But i guess that's what i get for ordering from a company with no phone number.

Before i placed my order with swisshourz.com. I read everything there was to read on their website. And on their website swisshourz.com they tell you if you are not satisfied with your purchase they will give you your money back 100% guaranteed.
When i called the number provided on their website swisshourz.com.They told me they stand by everything they have on their website. So i trusted them and placed my order. I paid $499 on my mastercard to receive a watch that i did not order.
So i called swisshourz.com back. I told them i wanted my money back. And they told me no only exchanges. This company needs to be shut down.

I ordered a Rolex Yacht Master Oyster Perpetual Date Just for $479 model number RX209S from swisshourz.com over two months ago. And still til this day i have not received anything from swisshourz.com.
I have called swisshourz.com back on several occasions. I have left them messages also. I have sent them several emails. And still no one will answer me back. I will not stop calling and sending them emails until they answer me. I either want my money or my order whichever comes first.
How can swisshourz.com still be in business after all this time if they are not giving their costumers the merchandise that they have paid for.
