The ad stated the swivel sweeper for 2 payments of $19.95, free rush delivery (which has not happen yet), order was placed approx., 4th of
Nov. 2009/ My primary concern is people going into my account and taking out monies not authorized, causing account to bounced. Amount authorized was $19.95, and $14.95. total of $34.90, which had been alloted in account according to agreement. Not the amount that was taken.
My concern is: 1. the telephone number given to my bank 1800-260-9988 I cannot connect to.
2. With this huge amount being taken, will this be the total cost, and/or will they go back into my account.
3. The ad said I was to get a second sweeper free, but the statement mentions qty. (1).
How do I contact the companyfor explanations?
