I had purchased max colon and acai berry detox from the above mentioned company. They were trial until 14 days once purchased. I kept them, but was not satisfied with its effectiveness for the price they were billing me for. One bottle was 87.13 and the other was 89.95. The company billed me accordingly for the 2 bottles I kept. Now, they automatically starting shipments of the same product. I refused them at delivery from my postman. The product as of this date has not reached the company or returned throught the mail to me. It is somewhere throughout the mail system. Once someone receives the product, the company still will not receive or refund me until I call and get RMA#'s for the bottles. Then will I get a refund- maybe. What is the issue is the whole matter started back in 4/09/09 . it is now 6/9/09 and I am still out over 300.00. They cannot tell me how many was sent either. I tried to straight foward ask how many did you ship and no one can answer directly, they cannot assist, they do not care whatsoever. I am deeply disappointed with this company and their return policy. and their customer service. I am glad I called and finally cancelled my automatic orders or they would have continued to ship me and wipe out my bank account with their high priced non-working medications.
