First, a little information on this Company/Product. It is supposed to be a downloadable software that enables you to do contracted Data Entry work from home. The software is 37$ and once you download it you are suppose to be up and running asap.
Turns out you pay 37$ to sign up for a website, which is free to sign up for, that is another 'hotjobs'ish type site. FREE mind you.
After you pay you are supposed to click on a link get your registration, go to this free site, put in the reg and you get your download. Easy. But there is no place to put in the code. No SWREG link on the site. Nothing about data entry software. But that's okay cause you never get a code anyway.
Now you want to get help. Easy enough. Contact SWREG. Send an email telling them what is going on and what you need, and in about 5 minutes to an hour you get an automated response telling you to go here. http://www.cardquery.com (PHOTO 1)
You go to the site and you see a list of different complaints and FAQ's and such.(PHOTO 2) Click on the one you need and you have to fill out some basic info.(PHOTO 3) Fill it out. Submit. Wait for a second... or a minute. And it brings up a page with everything you just typed into a nice neat format. YAY! (Or it send you to the free site)(PHOTO 4) Wait. I wanted an answer. No answers here. Fudge. OH LOOK! A 'CONTACT' link. *Click. I CAN SEND THEM AN EMAIL! (PHOTO 5) *Click It's the Complaint FAQ page.(See PHOTO 2 Again) Hmmm, I'll try something different. Lets see... (FAST FORWARD THRU MANY OPTIONS) OH LOOK! A 'CONTACT' Link. *Click. Email my complaint. *Click. Crap, it's the %#!*@ing FAQ page again!
So lets see. You buy something you never get. Pay for things that are free. Never get the free gifts(3 books promised on the hook and line page to draw you in). There is no email that will respond with anything helpful, no number to call for resolve. Looks like I'm out 37$.
FUCK THAT!!!
This is the number for Digital River. They are some how involved with SWREG. Call (952) 253-1234. You will go thru some automated crap. Then you talk to a real person. Give them your order number verify your email and name, then they tell you they will switch you to SWREG's line. (You could probably tell them that first and save a few minutes.) You give the info again, tell them you want a refund. The do a something while you are put on hold. They come back, refund request filled. You wait two days and if you haven't gotten a refund you have to call back.
I asked them for their number.(SWREG) They don't have a direct line. They don't seem to have a direct anything. Christ! Either way, you get an email confirmation number and your money back.
