I've bought an online instruction on how to unlock iPhone 4 baseband 02.10.04, paid through paypal. The instruction I've got per mail was that they didn't had the solution, and that I must keep waiting... I was in nervous with them, they just stoled my money. Thus, I've opened a paypal dispute, and paypal decided no to refund me because I didn't bought any product (it was a service). They still keep my money.

I bought a one month subscription of Overseas VPN (India) through their SuperVPN portal for $30. However, not only did they fail to deliver the Indian VPN IP but also took out another $30 as a recurring fee this month as well. I am trying to get a refund since I had emailed them many times to cancel my original order. They are the worst kind of scammers ever.

On 10 January 2010, we ordered ABC Amber Blackberry Converter. I received the usual confirmation of order and receipt. But we never received the product.

We have tried to get hold of someone through email on many many many occasions since January of this year, to no avail. The single response we have ever received stated:

I sent all reg info (the reg key and URL to download the full version) to you.

If you didn't receive it, you need to either:

1. Check your junk (bulk) folder

or

2. Disable your mail filter

or

3. Please send me another email address that accepts *.key attachments and http links.

None of our responses to this email were ever replied to. The fact that the writer used "Once again" suggested he had written previously. However, we have exhausted all avenues (including the ones suggested by them) and have never found any other email.

The complaint that we have is that to all the emails we have sent and online forms we have filled, there have no responses so that the matter can be sorted out. We have been sending emails and filling forms for nearly a year. We are not sure what else to do than ask a third party to intervene.

paid for software to unlock my iphone and the link they sent me is a blank page. There is no phone # to contact them. They tell me that they sent the link, but the link does not exist. Sometimes I redceive a message that the link has expired and then they send it again and I get the same thing, a blank page. I have a phone that still is locked and am pushing now to get my money back, but I get no response. Please help. Rita

I Paid with my credit card for a program which is for the iphone unlock order # U1091277701 i paid $29.95 on 05/10/2010. the company refuses to refund my money. This company should have it license suspended or class action suit show be bought agaisnt it.
