When energy efficient bulbs first came out I was one of the first to change over all the bulbs that were used the most. I gave away the ones that gave off yellow light once I realized they were not all yellow. At that time I was only able to buy 15 watt and my kitchen was not nearly bright enough. Today my wife brought home a half dozen Sylvania Super saver CFL 40 watt bulbs. Before even trying one I asked her are they white? She said it even says on the package they are bright white. So I tried one. They are as yellow as what my dog does to the snow. Now we have to take the time to return them and find an honest manufacturer. Why can't more people reject these companies who think consumers are all idiots?

purchased a Sylvania 20" tv/dvd combo from display with above items missing. after asking a representative for help was told items could not be found. I was also told that i could either purchase a universal remote or purchase one from Kmart parts department. I dont think my wife or i will shop Kmart again. Poor inventory control.
