I ordered Norton anti-virus, on the web. I charged $59.99 to my credit card. Never got the Norton download. Norton did'nt have record of my order. My computor had many virus's after. I was not contacted by this company. After many emails, I still have no answers, & they have my money. How can I get a refund?
