	Charles Dotson May 30, 2009 charges You charged my credit card 69.98 all I did was renew Nortons Protection plan Please repay this back it is unauthorized.
	greg clark March 15, 2009 charged twice I downloaded an antivirus type software from Symantec and was charged twice at a price $69.98 for the first and $68.98 again all on the same day Feb. 16, 2009. During the download the computer malfunctioned so I tried it again thus the second charge. I only successfully downloaded the program once. That did not fix my problem because the computer totally crashed not two days later. If have to I will keep the one completed download but I have no computer that needs it and thought I could get a refund for that one. However, I still was charged twice

	August 19, 2008 Fraud This company has charged me for a service that is non existent. I want my charge account to be credited for the $69.98 immediately. I am still getting flashings on the monitor that the service is ready to expire. Obviously, this is a bogus company.
	June 17, 2008 did not work I downloaded the symantec antivirus software for $49.99 on 5/12. The software did not solve any of my virus problems so I had my computer serviced and the tech removed the symantec software. I would like the charges to my credit card reversed. Thank you
