Yet again I have been charged for a service I have not used for three years. Last year in April I was billed automatically on my credit card for an annual renewal fee which i did not authroise or consent to. I have just noticed Nortons have charged me again!
I certainly have not renewed any online facility for this nor agreed to being charged without my consent. I insist on two years refunds now I know how underhanded this billing system is.
