I have sent in eight request to address my concerns regarding the incorrect billing regarding the purchase of ONE; one year subscription for the Norton AntiVirus 2010 protection down load that was installed on 4/5/2010.
I have been billed twice on my c/c and it shows two different charges when it should only show one . I am not sure of which one to pay . I therefore desputed the billing because the charges are different? 4 49.00 / and the other is for $ 53.99. I am being charged for both when I should only be charged for one! which one is stll a question? I have contacted my c/c company and filled a dispute for the error and am awaithing a response from the billing dept. of Norton / symantec corp. non as of yet.
TODAY ! ! I received my third automatic down load today and a remark that I will be charged again.
this problem need to be address by the billing dept. and or a manger to reply to me. this problem is giving me a lot of concerns.
