I have sent my cloths to this dry cleaner for the last 6 months. On numerous occasions they broke and destroyed my cloths. They also have lost my cloths several times without reimbursement. When asked to get reimbursed for the cloths that they lost, they want me to provide the purchase receipt of my cloths that I bought 6 months ago. Nobody keeps all the receipt!!!
This means that one should either keep a big file of receipts from previous cloth purchases, or keep loosing your cloths to dry cleaning without any reimbursement.
