Bad service
We purchased Symphony Air Cooler-Winter model no. 506384 on 16th April 2007 from SalesIndia (Gujarat Sales & Service –no.63-challan no.62 –cash memo no. 40). Its performance has been satisfactory. We operate this in different rooms during day-time and night time using its wheel-movement. During transit on 15th April 2008, the inlet-nipple got hit a wall in the afternoon resulting in the breakage of this nipple. Fortunately nothing else happened to the cooler. Immediately we informed (within warranty period) company over phone no. 079 – 26424430. Mr Raju bhai received the complaint. After reminding him and also Mr. Shyam bhai many times, two service-technicians arrived after a week, on 21st afternoon. They did something but they did not put-supply a new nipple, even after we had showed them the broken nipple. Inlet functioning is now still incomplete and we have to hold the water-supply-pipe till the tank is filled. This is not a happy or convenient situation to any customer. Do we have to mind in telling the public for not buying Symphony Air Coolers as they do not provide adequate service ?
