This company markets its product by offering "free samples" or a "free trial" of anti-aging creams. Dermitage and Rejuvaline are trademarks of Syndero, Inc., which distributes out of San Francisco. However the return address for the product (returns and customer service appear to be outsourced) are: 5300 Ontario Mills Parkway, Ontario, CA CA 91764. -Sound familiar? The scam works this way: The free trial package comes with a packing slip with fine print. First you are automatically signed to a 'membership.' Next you are informed that, if you do nothing about it, within two weeks (or fourteen days), you will be billed for the free products.
Price of the free products -- $99.95, which represents a NA% discount off the regular price. What the hell, you say? Wait until you call Customer Service! It happens I am allergic to their product, so the CSR gives me the third degree. How did the allergic reaction manifest ... where did she get her medical training? Next, before giving me a Return Merchandise Authorization Code, she gives me the sales pitch about all the marvelous benefits I'm sure to be missing.
God help the customer who does not mail this company its stuff back on time, or who fails to complete all the steps, including writing the Return Merchandise Authorization numbers EVERYWHERE.
These people should be legislated out of business!
