Scam
Synergy Acceptance Corporation about a yr ago took over my truck payments. I bought the vehicle from Smart Move Auto Sales which closed their doors. The payoff on my vehicle was $645.44 on the 25th of June, 10, per my phone conversation on the telephone that day with this Ricky Robertson. from Synergy Acceptance Corporation. I asked Ricky Robertson if at all possible I could make 2 payments to him within that month of $322.72 as the truck was almost pd off. He replied back in a very rudely manner, "You have had this payment now to long & you will pay it in full today of $645.44 or I will pick up the vehicle. So I borrowed the money and put on my debit card and called Synergy Acceptance Corporation and told them it was on there and they took the payment immediately. At that time I talked to a Shaun Marsh he informed me that the payment went through it was pd in full my truck and I would be receiving the title within 30 days. About a week later I got a bill from them for $27.73 & that bill was dated 4/24/2010. I figured it was a late fee & I mailed them a money order for that amt. A month goes by I get another bill dated 5/24/2010 stating that I owe them $199.27. OK Now I pick up the phone on 8/6/2010 on a Friday, & spoke with Shaun Marsh. He advised me that my title was in the process of being sent but to call him on Monday & he would let me know exactually the day they will be sending it out. I call back on Monday this Shaun answered & he said you need to talk with Ricky Robertson. So Mr. Robertson got on the phone & within that phone conversation I owed him 3 different amounts. Are not phone calls monitored and recorded???? I keep getting the run around from this company & my truck has been pd in full!!! WHAT DO I DO?????? Please I need some answers!!! I try on line looking Synergy Acceptance Corporation up for customer service dept or billing & you cannot connect to anyone but this Ricky Robertson. I hope that someone will call me on this ASAP or e-mail. 702-742-6294. Thank you for your time.
