fake virus removal program
got virus warning while surfing, was unable to get out of web site, used bank card to buy thier program.
In the end it cost me 102.90 for a program they said would cost 19.95.

VIRUS/SCAM
This company planted a false virus and then wanted me to purchase the anitvirus tool. I could not get out of it, so using my credit card I purchased the $79.95 plus $19.95 for lifetime support only to find out it was a SCAM, and no anti-virus software was installed. In addition I was charged an ISA fee of $1.00 making the total charge $100.90, below from my bank statement. I've also attached a screen shot of the payment screen.

Three times I requested a refund. No answer. 3 times I emailed them. Came back undeliverable. Called both numbers listed on their website. All you get is music. I got SCAMED. How can I go about getting a refund?

Another AZ internet SCAM!
System Tool 2011 is a big anti-virus scam -- period, nearly destroyed my computer.
I filed a complaint with "The Federal Trade Commission"(FTC), the nation's consumer protection agency, collects complaints about companies, business practices, and identity theft (website: https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/) let them research the poor business practices of this company planting computer virus only to sell their bogus anti-virus software. Suggest everyone that is unfortunate to run across this scam file a complaint with FTC to force them to shut this company down as the DA of Arizona (AZ)doesn't have the desire to control scams. I'm personally going to boycott anything from Arizona as businesses there are bankrupt when it comes to ethics.
System Tools 2011's 30 day money back guarantee is a scam as well, and the 1800 customer service number has NO Customer service representatives to take your call -- just music on the phone when you call. If you fall for this scam call your bank ASAP and change your card number and dispute the bogus charges on this scam.

The same thing happened to me! They actually offered me a limited time deal for 16.99 but took 100.07 out of my account! They did it to me on the MLK Holiday weekend and my bank was closed so I could not report it right away! but I am now in the process of getting my funds back! I tried emailing them and the email WOULD NOT send! and there was not a number that I could call! Please don't let anyone else fall for this!

SCAM
I WAS ON MY COMPUTER on christmas day 2010 and a virus warning came up offering protection for 19.95 gave my details and two lots of 81.80 was taken from my account i have tried the suggested 1800 number to contact them but its disconnected. what now?

False Virus

I got SCAMED.
Now my credit card company says, I have to deal with it.
Come on people, there has to be someway to get my money refunded.
