I set up automatic payments to come out of my account so that the bill would be a little cheaper for me, and I was told by one of the
T-mobile representative that the automatic withdrawals would start next mounth around the 12th or13th of June, so I was ok with that and before I hung up with the REP., I confirm everything that he had told me and he repeated everything to him stating that the transaction will start next month (June).I said to the gentleman "ok I'll just pay this month(May) straight out my pocket", he stated again "Yes, because the change you made will start next month(June)", ok Thanks and Bye. So I go to check my account today
May 15, 2009 I have overdraft fees because T-mobile decided without my consent to take the money out of my account this month on May 12, 2009 after telling me several times that the change will not start until next month(June), now I have to pay two overdraft fees of $35.00 apiece and I feel that I need to be refunded because of this Big mess up thay got me in right now.
