MY NAME IS MR.MAKUAC MANYUAT ATAK. I LIVE AT 5801 RIVER RIDGE DR. AN HALTOM CITY, TX 76137, I PURCHASE A CELL PHONE FROM THE T- MOBILE OFFICES AN BEDFORD TX, 2105 HARWOOD RD. AN BEDFORD TX. MR ONEAL AZZY ASSITANCE MEAN THE PURCHASE OF THE PHONE HE TOOK ALL OF MY IFORMATION AND, GAVE MEA ACCOUNT NUMBER 756254289 AND WHEN I RECIVED THE BILL AN THE MAIL I HAD BEEN CHARGE FOR 11 CELL PHONE THAT WAS NOT MINES, HE FRUD MY IFORMATION TO BUY CELL PHONE FOR HIM SELF TO SELL TO OTHER PEOPLE, WHEN I WENT BACK INTO THE STORE HEADMIT IT TO ME AND SAID THAT HE WILL PAY THE BILL OFF AND AND HE WOULD CORRECT THE IFORMATION THAT WAS ONMY ACCOUNT. AFTER THAT I RECIVED A BILL AMN THE MAIL FOR THE AMOUNT OF $1, 297.34 WHICH IS NOT MY BILL, I WOULD APPRECITE IF SOMEONE CAN HELP ME.HERE MY CONTACT NUMBER YOU CAN REACH ME SOI CAN EXPLAIN MORE TO YOU .

Debt paid off
On July 8, 2010 I paid off this debt Reference # 79914070-13 for the amount of $174.12 for the creditor T-MOBILE WIRELESS. Then I received a letter from another credit agency DRM you had sold the account to them. That check should be sent to them, and the amount they had was $159.12. So I hope you got it strightened out with them that the debt is paid off. I have been in touch with them and my bank and if they do not receive the pay off than that constatutes fraud. lousy coverage and service
I rarely have T-Mobile cell phone coverage in my home and never at my place of business. My children have T-Mobile phones as well and we have had two emergencies where they could not get ahold of me due to insuffficient coverage. I have complained repeatedly to T-Mobile and they assure me we have 4 bar coverage. This is ridiculous! Thankfully the contract on my phone and my daughters phone expires soon. However, my sons contract will not expire for a year and they will not let me out of the contract without a $200 fee. It is not safe for my son to have such an unreliable phone and if something were to happen, T-Moblile will be held liable.
DO NOT sign a contract with this company!

Termination Fee
I am a single mother with two kids, and my main income is talking to clients over the cell phone. Around Aug. I have made frequent complaints to T-mobile letting them know that when i continued my contract with them i expected the same type of service. The lack of service was due to a tower being down within my area, so i asked them how long will this take to get fixed. They told me about three months. I asked the customer service rep how will i continue to make income to pay for my means and my cell phone bills if i continue to experience drop calls. The person stated the there was nothing they can do and they definately will not wave my early termination fee due to drop calls. T-mobile is known for what... " fewest drop calls". I refuse to pay 600.00 for my early termination because i chose to due business with a company that works for me.

Fraud
I received this bill from afni saying I owe 629.00 I have never had T-mobile as my carrier. My husband also received one and my son did too.and they have never had T- mobile as their provider. Please let me know something. What should I do. Thanks so much Please reply

Service interuption Payment was made online
On April 23, 2008 I did an online bill pay through my bank account to be paid for April 25, 2008. Which T- Mobile said they didn't recieve. I have checked all of my other payments in the past with the same process and the payments made it the same day I requested for it to be made. Go figure. Now the respresentative is saying it may take up to 7 days to post to my account and restore service. I feel this unacceptable.

I'm fed up with them
I've been a t mobile customer for almost 8 yrs in November and honestly I'm fed up with them. They are no help their associates as well as managers are really rude and they don't live up to their responsibilities. Every company believes that their customers are always right and if they aren't they at lease try to make sure that they are satisfied.
November of 2007 my t mobile pink razor phone went out (the screen went black) I called t mobile and informed them about the problem they told me to send them my old phone and they would sent me a new one which would only be 15 dollars because I hadn't had my phone for a yr. so I paid the 15 dollars with my visa credit card over the phone w/one of the reps, she wasn't rude she was pretty helpful and very sweet. She told me that I would be receiving the new phone within 5-7 business days, which was fine. So I finally received the phone and followed the directions that the associate gave me which was to take the phone to a UPS store and send it in with in 14 days. I sent the phone in on the 8th day and that very day I received a call from t mobile asking did the I send the phone in I then told the rep that the phone was already in the mail and they should be receiving it within a few days. He said that’s fine and good luck with the new phone Miss. ***** I said thanks and hung up.
So in Feb. 2008 I received my telephone bill just I would any other month except this bill had an account BAL of about 500 dollars. I was pissed because I had just paid almost 200 for the bill the month before. So I immediately called the phone company (t-Mobile) I called them almost every day and spoke with so many different associates until I realized that they weren't able to help me @ all. So I went to a few supervisors with the issue. “My phone bill is 500.00 and I just paid the bill last month, whets going on? They told me that they never received the old phone and they charged me the full balance for the phone ( when they sent me the new phone all it was the phone no back, no new battery, no new sim card, no new charger, no ear piece, nothing but the phone) So I was really upset.
I asked them would it be fine if I pay the bill and the credit my money to my account. They told me NO- they never got the phone @ all. So now imp really upset. What you mean you never received the phone I took the phone to UPS as I was told and they gave me a receipt. T mobile told ME that I would have to look into the situation, I was very upset because now this is their problem they didn't do a thing. I went to the UPS store twice and they never had my phone. When they finally did find the package they exchanged my receipt and I didn't think of it at the time but they had put FEB's date on it making it look like I had just turned the package in.
I wasted 500.00 and so much gas, time and means trying to find out what was going on. I never had a late bill with t mobile and my phone has never been cut off. I feel like as a very valued customer of t mobile they could have done a little more. they could have notified me that they never got the phone, are called are anything (THEY HAVE THE NUMBER) but they didn't what they did was waited until the 30 days was up (because you have up to 30 days to return the product before they make you pay for it) but instead they just hit me with a 500.00 bill. The managers were very rude and not helpful at all. This one manager I think his name was Robert or Rob or something like that, he was suppose to text my phone after a few days (after he talked to the UPS store) he never texted. T mobile is full of ***, so the *** with them and everybody @ t mobile can go to ***.

Warranty rip off
I have a samsung t-609 the first time they gave me phone the blue tooth wasn't working so i sent it back no problem. Then a few moths later the new phone starts acting up so i call for warranty work the tech makes me go threw some steps to assure me there is no water damage and there wasn't any. I send the phone in a month later i am getting charged $117 for no reason. I call to find out what happened the phone was deemed defective due to water damage ! after the tech said there was no water damage. I ask them to prove it because if i pay for this i feel as if i am getting ripped of they said they cant. So how do i know there telling the truth when i sent the phone the white sticker was fine so then they say there is two one out side one in side how am i suppose to know that. Yet thats besides the point why do they have the right to fix it with out telling you anything. The rep said we sent you a letter which i never received. They don't care about my situation this is ridicules if i pay for this i am getting ripped of. The customer service reps had no answer for me they said theres thousands of phone they throw out theres no way they can find my to prove to me anything. As if a company doesn't store information. All this tells me is where they make their money. I have contacted the BBB and you hope fully this can be resolved and looking into this i cant believe how many people are experiencing the same thing this is crazy they should pay and be closed down.
