The owner of the company is my neighbor and I am sorry to say he does
not keep his word.

My vehicle was hit and a dealer said they could have it done in 2 weeks.
He said the same and he would also pay $200 of the rental fee. My wife
and I agreed to let him do the work and we dropped off the truck. After
2 weeks we had not heard a thing from him and my wife asked him what was
going on. He told us he was waiting for a part! My wife told him to just
give us the truck back if you are waiting on a part. He said he could
not as the truck was in pieces! He said they should have the part in the
next couple days and he would pay for the car rental for the extended
week. A week later we called him and he said they did not get the part
so they were going to repair the damaged one. He also said he would give
us more money for the rental. A week later he said we could pick the car
up. We picked up the car and told him the car rental was over $800. He
said sorry but right now he could not pay us anything as times are tight
for him. He said maybe in a couple weeks he could pay us. A couple weeks
later my wife asked him again. He once again said sorry we don't have
any extra money right now.

This was last October, he has not said a word to us since. Now this year
he has avoided us and we got stuck with over 800 bucks on our credit
card right before the holidays!

My next move is to take him to court... Although I hate doing that!
