I am on ssi my husband got his income tax a small check so we went into this store a month ago and paid for a couch and love seat over $400 dollars

to this date the man did not delivery my furniture and every time we call he says he will delivery it on a certain date then hang up fast and he never do deliver it. my house is empty and the owner will not give me a refund because they have no refund policy. but here it is a month later and this man has not delivered my furniture yet. could you at least call on my behalf and see if you can get him to deliver it. I dont have the money to file a complaint under small claims court
