Hi my name is Jamie and I wanted to talk alittle about my issue with this company. I recently had my car towed by T & J Towing and the guy had stated to me that if I gave him fifteen dollars in cash that he would "DROP" my vehical and I could leave, I had thirteen dollars and two dollars in change but he wouldnt take it because he said I needed cash only, I thought that was cash, but I guess not. He then told me that he would let me walk to the ATM across the street to get some money and he would wait, it took me no longer than three minutes to get the money and when I was crossing the street to go back to my car and the the "TOWER" he drove off and waved. I hope you and imagine how mad I was. I called my husband after running after the tow truck till i could no loger keep up. My husband and I went to their "head quarters" to pay and pick up my car where we were greeted my a very rude and inconsiderate woman who refused to take my husbands debit card and would only take a card from me even though I was listed on his card also, but she refused to even look at the card. I paid the one hundred and eighteen dollars and my husband asked if he could see their rules and regulations on towing which she could not provide and we also asked her why he would say that I could cross the street to go to the ATM and then leave as I was coming back, She stated that he didnt have to wait that long, What three minutes? He never told me I was on a Time limit and that doesnt account for him waving as he drove off. I really hope this company falls to the ground I will always slander their name to everyone I know as long as I live. I also read in the paper about this company and how they are ripping off alot of people and that they are a garde F company. I dont know who in their right minds would hire this company for anything!! Thank you for your time about this matter. Jamie
